6600 sq. ft of Space Dedicated to Jewellery Education

Located in the heart of the city, IIGJ Varanasi is a sprawling space of 6600 sq.ft., and infrastructure totally dedicated to jewellery training. It is conveniently situated in "Kuber Complex" which makes the institute highly accessible to students.

Design Studio for 25 Students

The design studio at IIGJ Varanasi has a capacity of 25 students with individual worktables and required hardware that are best suited for design work. The rooms are well lighted and are fully air-conditioned. They are also 'smart classrooms' with modern audio-visual aids for video display, presentation boards and screens.

CAD Lab with 30 Computer Stations

The CAD Lab is equipped with the most advanced jewellery design software such as Rhinoceros and Matrix, along with Adobe Photoshop, and has an overall capacity of 30 students working on the computers at a time.

Manufacturing Workshop with Modern Machinery

The workshop at IIGJ Varanasi is a full-fledged jewellery manufacturing unit. It is equipped with modern machinery and tools required for imparting training in jewellery manufacturing. Safety precautions are always followed while training the students. Students get hands-on experience working on the bench, each of which is equipped with a full set of tools and consumables for the job.

Air-Conditioned Classrooms

All classrooms are fully air-conditioned, providing a pleasant learning experience for the students, and are well-equipped with audio-visual teaching aids.

Library & Internet Facilities for Research

Students have access to a well-stocked library with excellent reference and lending facilities for jewellery-related books, journals, periodicals and magazines, as well as internet facilities for research work.
