Job Summary:
The Senior Executive – Academic Support & Admin will be responsible for executing a variety of administrative and coordination tasks related to student services, faculty support, university liaison, and internal office administration. This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth functioning of academic operations and effective communication across stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Student Coordination:
- Act as the primary contact for students for academic and administrative queries.
- Maintain and update student attendance records regularly.
- Coordinate distribution of admit cards, examination schedules, enrollment numbers, and other student-related documents.
- Support students with university-related processes such as mark sheets, enrollment verifications, and certificates.
2. Faculty Coordination:
- Assist in curriculum planning and academic activity coordination with faculty members.
- Facilitate effective communication between faculty and students regarding class schedules and academic matters.
3. University Coordination:
- Liaise with the university on matters related to mark sheets, enrollment numbers, examinations, and documentation.
- Ensure timely updating of student and course-related data on the university portal.
- Manage the submission and retrieval of university documents as required.
4. Attendance and Examination:
- Monitor and report student attendance regularly.
- Submit attendance and exam-related data accurately and on time to university and internal departments.
- Assist in examination planning, scheduling, invigilation coordination, and managing documentation.
5. Office Coordination:
- Handle circulation of official communications including letters, orders, and circulars from the Dean’s and Registrar’s offices.
- Coordinate with departments to ensure compliance and timely action on official communications.
- Manage daily administrative tasks such as document filing, communication handling, and maintaining office records.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Administration, Management, or a related field).
Experience:
2–7 years of relevant experience in academic administration or similar roles.
Industry to be Hired From:
Any (Education and Training preferred).

Required Functional Knowledge:
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and working with university portals.
- Familiarity with academic processes, examination protocols, and student services.
