Course Overview
IIGJ’s Diploma in Gemmology course provides comprehensive training in diamond and coloured gemstones. Students learn the techniques of grading, evaluation and identification and to assess quality, distinguish natural from synthetic gemstones and identify treatments. , preparing them for careers in gemmology and jewellery appraisal.
It also offers in-depth instruction on the identification, grading and evaluation of coloured gemstones. assessing gemstone quality, recognizing treatments, and understanding market trends, preparing them for roles in gemology and jewellery design.
