IIGJ Launches On-Site Training Programs in Jewellery Industry

On site customised training programme for Evaluation of Gold jewellery for HDFC Bank Executives conducted by Indian Institute of Gems & Jewellery, Mumbai, at various cities all over India.
The programme is conducted for the Bank Executives of HDFC bank. They come from all the zonal regions of India.
The training includes efficacy and accuracy of the different testing methods for gold jewellery, support systems to back up their assumptions. Handouts are given to them that would help them in following a systematic approach for evaluating the gold content of jewellery.
Identification of fake gold jewellery which is a core issue of the bankers who have to give loans against gold is discussed in detail.
